Who We Are
SUPREMEiP® is an Intellectual Property law firm founded in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with five offices in Malaysia, Bangladesh, the United Kingdom, the UAE and India. Our main trademark filings are in Bangladesh and India, and we file in other countries worldwide through our agent network.
Founded in 2000, we have grown from a domestic legal practice into an international IP firm. Most of our clients are in China, with others in Europe and Asia: companies, SMEs, innovators and law firms.

Our Journey
Founded by Senior Lawyer Dr. Qumrul Hossain under the name “Law & Legal.” A full-service law firm with early specialization in pharmaceutical trademark matters for domestic clients.
J.A. Chaudhury Reagan joins the firm, bringing international vision and deep IP expertise. He introduces modern IP practices, global strategy, and the foundation for international expansion — serving international brands for the very first time.
The firm begins managing international IP filings and trademark portfolio management for global companies — marking its evolution from a domestic practice to a cross-border IP practice.
Mr. Reagan acquires 100% ownership and leads a bold transformation — rebranding as “SUPREMEiP® Law Firm.” The firm shifts its entire focus to Intellectual Property, offering service built on speed, accuracy and transparency.

Our Leadership
Mr. Reagan leads the firm’s cross-border IP work and legal strategy. With over 17 years of refined experience spanning IP, Corporate Law, and international legal consultancy, he advises global brands and multinational corporations with clarity and strategic depth.
He served as the first Organizing Secretary of the Bangladesh Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (BIPAA), where he contributed to national-level IP policy development and professional advancement.
Junaed Ahmed is the Group Chief Operating Officer of SUPREMEiP® Global. With more than 20 years of international experience, he leads business growth, strategic partnerships, and digital transformation across the group.
He oversees growth and partnerships in Malaysia, the UAE, Singapore, Thailand, and Bangladesh. He has built and scaled ventures in FinTech, e-commerce, and LawTech, and has served as a National Consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on entrepreneurship and inclusive economic growth.
