The short answer
A registered design in Bangladesh is protected for 10 years from filing, then renewable 3 times for 5 years each, up to 25 years (Section 15). File before expiry; a 6-month grace period exists with a late fee. After that the registration is cancelled.

How to renew. File the renewal application on the specified form and pay the renewal fee before the current term ends. Late filing within 6 months needs an extra late fee.
If you miss the grace period
The registration is cancelled and the design is removed from the register. Protection ends, and a competitor may copy the design freely. Diarise each expiry date from the first filing.
