The short answer

A Czech trademark is registered for 10 years from the filing date and renewed for further 10-year periods. The renewal request must be filed in the 12 months before expiry, at the latest on the expiry date, or in a further 6 months after expiry. These time limits cannot be extended. Anyone with an earlier right can oppose within 3 months of the publication of the application, and a mark can be revoked after 5 continuous years without genuine use.
